Step 1 provides the opportunity to introduce us to your idea, style, needs, wants, likes and dislikes. It is in this step we discover what the space aims to achieve and brainstorm about how we can make that happen.

This is where we begin to put pen to paper to design what we have discovered. In this concept design stage, we continue to work with you to refine the open-ended discovery questions and translate them into a landscape concept or master plan. It is in this step you will have a sense of how the space functions and feels. Concept details and image boards capture design styles, likes and wants, and refine the aesthetic appeal.

This phase further enhances the design by translating concepts and master plans into buildable construction drawings. These formal drawings are ready to be submitted for permitting and priced for construction. This step refines the question ‘What will this space be like’ to ‘How are we going to build it’.

The final step is to deliver the design through construction to ensure it is built to what you envisioned. After any required permitting is approved, we will work with the hired contractor to oversee the installation and provide construction administration, site visits, billing review and design solutions to any unforeseen conditions.
